RETURN POLICY: Items must be in new unused condition and returned in original boxes with all packaging.
YOU HAVE 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO NOTIFY US IF ANY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
Wheels which have been installed on a vehicle or had tires mounted onto them are NON-RETURNABLE.
A 15% Restocking fee will apply to items returned after 30 days. NO returns accepted after 90 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@factoryreproductions.com and send your item to: 13353 Benson Avenue Chino CA 91710
