We always strive to provide the latest information relative to our warranty procedure to avoid any potential misunderstandings. To make the process seamless, we’ve outlined our warranty policy, coverage, and how to apply it if needed. This blog covers a complete breakdown of our warranty procedure and coverage.

Lifetime Structural Warranty

Factory Reproductions offers a Lifetime Structural Warranty to any set of wheels that is found to have material defects or workmanship during its lifetime. 

If structural issues are found, we will honor the warranty with either a repair or a replacement. However, this warranty applies exclusively to the original retail purchaser and covers only normal, intended road use. 

Out of Round Conditions Coverage

It is of the utmost importance that wheels function as intended and rotate precisely. Factory Reproductions offers a 10-day warranty for any out-of-round condition, in which we can either repair or replace the wheel.

However, any instances of improper installation, accidents, wheel impact, racing, and off-road use all void the warranty coverage.

Finish Warranty Coverage: Painted, Chrome, and Polished Wheels

A precise and clean finish on your wheels is absolutely essential to the overall look of your vehicle. Every wheel is inspected upon purchase to ensure that there are no blemishes to the finish. If the finish is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the wheel. 

At Factory Reproductions, we offer:

• A 2 year warranty for painted or chrome finishes
• 60-day warranty for polished finishes

However, the following factors void the warranty coverage:

• Accidents or wheel impact
• Off road use or racing
• Any signs of neglect, corrosion, and or exposure to harsh chemicals / cleaners.

Scenarios That Void Your Warranty

In order to ensure that your warranty maintains validity, certain conditions must be met. The following factors void your warranty coverage:

• The wheel(s) are damaged in transit.
• Are used for non-intended purposes such as racing, competition, or off road usage
• Custom repairs and modifications / alterations made by parties other than Factory Reproductions
• Damage is caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, and or negligence. 
• Improper tire mounting and use of non-approved products such as wheel adaptors, spacers, and or non-approved lug nuts.
• Damaged finish from weather, harsh cleaning agents, and or negligence
• Tire size install that is either larger or smaller than recommended size for wheel
• The original retail purchase invoice or receipt is unavailable for verification.
• Wheels cannot be returned once tires have been mounted. Be sure to test applications on your vehicle before mounting.

Important Notes on Warranty

Factory Reproductions’ sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace at our discretion, without charge, any product which, after examination by our company shows that said product has failed in normal use and service due to defects in material and or workmanship.

Factory Reproductions will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the replacement of a defective product. Product must be returned freight pre-paid to Factory Reproductions at the address listed below.

This is a limited warranty. No warranties or representations, expressed or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which extends beyond the descriptions and limitations of the face hereof and none shall be implied by law. Factory Reproductions neither assumes nor authorizes any dealer, representative, or other person to assume any obligation in connection with Factory Reproductions products uses or applications. Factory Reproductions reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or product changes without incurring any obligation to replace, change or improve products manufactured prior hereto.

This warranty does not limit rights, which may be available under individual State Warranty Laws.
